Problematic Shape

The shoe's shape does not look anything like a foot. I purchased because I want to support and was excited about having cute options for my size 12s. The photo on the site does not show the entire show so I had no idea when ordering what it truly looked like. However, I still expected it to be the shape of a foot. It looks and feels like a piece of cardboard on my feet. They're stiff and unflattering. I'm also disappointed at myself for not reading the return policy.
