SHIPPING TIME

DUE TO COVID-19 PLEASE ALLOW 

US | 3 to 4 BUSINESS DAYS FOR 

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING.

All orders are shipped out Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm CST. 

Please be aware that orders placed on Friday after 3:00 pm, Saturday or Sunday will NOT be shipped until the following business day. Be sure to allow 48 hours upon the completion of your payment to begin looking for shipping confirmations. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking confirmation via email. After a shipping professional has scanned your package you can begin to see tracking information. 

Please be advised that we do not process orders on Holidays. All orders placed on Holidays will be processed the next business day with the exception of a holiday falling on a Thursday. When a Holiday falls on a Monday your order will be processed the next day. If a Holiday falls on a Thursday your order will ship Monday. Also, please be aware that shipping carriers are usually backed up during the Holidays so shipping days may alter. 

USPS Priority Shipping - 2 to 3 business days. 

USPS Express Mail - 1 to 3 business days. 

International Shipping takes 6 to 15 business days. (may be subject to change)*see below.

We DO ship to PO Box addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping rates will be determined based on shipping destination. Delivery can take up to 6-15 business days. 

Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches to the country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. "Seraphic Sole LLC" can not predict any of these fees. "Seraphic Sole LLC" will not be responsible for any fees accrued once your package reaches the country of the destination/customs. For more information regarding these extra fees please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused upon arrival will be charged the original shipping/return shipping fees or may be subject to become a total loss.

"Seraphic Sole LLC" is NOT responsible for stolen packages once the package has left the facility and in the hands of the shipping carrier.
