Return Policy

"Seraphic Sole LLC" accepts ALL returns within 7 business days of you receiving your package. Please be advised that we WILL NOT accept any worn, damaged, or altered merchandise. 

Package your return and ship it to the address provided on your invoice. The returns address can also be found below. We do not cover return costs. Please contact us via email at sales@seraphicsole.com to notify us of the issue first. We will not accept any items without contact before returning. Once the package reaches our facility and is inspected by our personnel we will then determine the best way to take care of the matter. After the process is complete please allow us 24 hours to provide you with a personal discount code via email that can be used as a line of credit for your next purchase. Original shipping cost will be excluded in the the return process.The amount of the return will be included in the email. The amount for credit only includes the price of the item NOT SHIPPING COST. There are *NO CASH REFUNDS ONLY STORE CREDIT*.
